HALOX® FLASH-X® 150
HALOX® FLASH-X® 150 is used in the manufacturing of water-based protective coatings as an effective liquid additive for the inhibition of flash rust and in-can rusting in lined and unlined metal containers. Tests have shown that HALOX® FLASH-X® 150 is highly effective at relatively low loading levels when compared to other flash rust and in-can corrosion inhibitors.

Advantages
HALOX® FLASH-X® 150 is a low-odor, low-foam formula that provides excellent performance on a variety of substrates ranging from cast iron, steel, galvanized to Galvalume™, and zinc aluminum. HALOX® FLASH-X® 150 may be incorporated at any stage of the paint manufacturing process and is effective for temporary passivation of metal substrates after water or media blasting.
