POLYRON® N

POLYRON® N is a sodium polyphosphate-based dispersing agent for inorganic pigments e.g. titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, and mica. Besides its optimum dispersing properties it also chelates multivalent cations such as Ca2+ and therefore acts as a water softener as well. Its chain length is optimized to bring superior effectiveness in terms of dispersion and water softening.

POLYRON® N

POLYRON® N has an optimized chain length distribution and brings superior effectiveness in terms of dispersion and water softening.

Dispersing effectiveness of various polyphosphates with Ca(OH)in water. From left to right: no dispersing agent, STPP, POLYRON® N, SHMP.
